Returns
At Asteria, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order date, and items must be in pristine condition to qualify for a refund.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
Returns are only accepted for orders shipped within 14 days
All capsule collections & sale items are FINAL SALE
For hygiene reasons, if a return is deemed unsuitable, you will be notified immediately.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds & Inspections
All items are subject to inspection upon return
Refunds will only be issued for items that show no visible wear or damage
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, we require photo proof of the issue. In some cases, we may request the product be returned for further inspection before issuing a refund. Refunds for damaged items will be processed once the review is complete.
